| Many reunions are planned
as much as a year or two ahead of time, but spontaneity can also
be fun. Here's a list of things to consider whether your gathering
is a year or a month away.
- Visit the OCVB for advice on hotels, restaurants, or event spaces
that will fit your group's needs.
- Contact family or association members and set a date.
- Develop a database of names and contact details.
- Form committees to divvy up work.
- Book event and hotel rooms.
- Hire outside help: caterers, photographers, babysitters.
- Send out invites or set up a Web site with registration information.
- Finalize numbers for caterers or restaurants.
